Job Summary
Receive and manage all non-finished good of LMT-Hartville warehouse and manufacturing facility. Ensure that all inventories are stored in a manner to facilitate an efficient flow of materials to support the production environment.
Education and Experience
Minimum of a high school graduate and/or 2 years of warehouse experience

Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Personnel
- Monitor grinding associates for accurate inventor of ground material. Input data into IQMS.
- Prepare Material Handlers with raw material required for assembly by following production schedule. Direct Material Handlers to follow company procedures with all production materials.
- Report all issues with personnel to the respective Shift Supervisor and the Production manager
- Manage and direct Warehouse Assistant.
- Quality
- Ensure all raw materials including CM, PK and PL are received and accounted for accurately in IQMS inventory.
- Ensure above raw materials are stored in a safe and protective manner.
- Monitor all inbound shipments including delivery to appropriate department.
- As our needs change modify the allocation of space for each item as needed
- Verify inventory quantities through cycle counting so that the IQMS system is accurate
- Cost Control
- Work with production daily.
- Coordinate with the Production Control and Warehouse Manager on space limitations and availability for various products.
- Functioning member of the inventory team to handle accuracy issues as well as slow moving inventory dispositions.
- Monitor the quantity and quality of the regrind coming from the grinders and if issues arise bring them up to the Shift Supervisors and the Production Manager
